Started the day by reviewing work done by the techs the night before. Writing up repair orders for incoming customers and assigning work to techs. Flat rating time to pay the techs and apply to invoices. Reviewed and closed invoices. Answered phones and set up appointments. Wrote estimates as needed. Assisted the service writers. Prepped invoicing for warranty repairs. Had a good working relationship with most everyone in the entire work place and was blessed to work with such a great group of techs for all the years I was there.
