This is a good company and is a solid employer. However, once an employee has proven to be an asset, this company will keep you there in that position, as long as the property is running correctly, FOREVER! You become a cog in the machine without opportunity for advancement or rarely advanced. Thus, year after year the employee that makes the upper echelon rich, gets their puny 2% pay increase every year, which doesn't even cover the cost of living increases in gasoline, groceries, travel, clothing etc...you actually lose money with a 2% pay increase when factoring in the annual cost of living increases. Then this company actually believes they've done the employees a favor by giving a pay increase...incredible.
require managers to work weekends, rarely advanced to higher position
