There are multiple interviews over a two to three period. You will be interviewed by many of the companies managers, including the owner. The is an assessment test given to help assist in the proper position placement.

Very thorough with multiple interviews with several different people within the company throughout the process. I was interviewed 4 times including the telephone interview before an offer was made.

Interview process is aggressive and obnoxious. You go through a series of interview with management who are intimidating and act like you aren't worth their time.

Howard was very aggressive in the interview. There was also a female manager there with him as well. I was only interviewed once and could feel how "clicky" the environment was going to be during the interview.

Two person interview owner and a office girl the girl didn't know much nor did she have any say Howard tried to be intimidating but u can tell he's hurting for ppl
