The working hours are extremely stressed in a hostile environment. The work is continuously changing due to the individuals not being able to perform their role and not willing to learn. Training is offered and promised, but never given.

They pile so much on a person who is good at their job. It's to the point of breaking the employee. Then the others who aren't as good at their job get away with anything. I see this happen in many department. They work their good employees into the ground or to the point of burnout.

You can be in a room with more then one manager asking you questions they are polite and smart and they take notes they as you questions about your experience and then they ask you if you have any questions about the job your applying for
