They pile so much on a person who is good at their job. It's to the point of breaking the employee. Then the others who aren't as good at their job get away with anything. I see this happen in many department. They work their good employees into the ground or to the point of burnout.
For my position, if you know your job and what expected out of you, there is no stress.
