Alot of travel involved in this position. I understand there is a new manager so hopefully things have gotten better. Many of the homes i had to visit were very dirty infested with bed bugs etc. My direct supervisor very rarely left the office so did not know some of the problems we faced with some of our clients.

Workplace vibe was relaxed and no one was out to get you unlike much bigger employers. Management was good to deal with and you could get time off without much hassle for picking up the kids, etc

The Grand Island Office was a group of coworkers who treated you like family. Everyone helped each other and understood what and how everyone worked. The other office didn't have a clue what was going on. Higher ups didn't understand what they had.
