Hello! Thank you for your question. Below is our attire policy at the Bank:
Basic guidelines for appropriate attire
Basic elements for appropriate and professional business attire include clothing that is in neat and clean condition. Every employee is expected to practice daily hygiene and good grooming habits. Although it is impossible and undesirable to establish an absolute dress and appearance code, Midland will apply a reasonable and professional workplace standard to individuals on a case-by-case basis.
Management may make exceptions for special occasions or in the case of inclement weather, at which time employees will be notified.
An employee unsure of what is appropriate should check with his or her manager or supervisor.
Business casual attire
Business casual dress is permitted Monday through Friday in most locations and roles. Some departments may require specific guidelines that differ from the business casual guidelines.
Business casual for men is defined as:
•Collared shirts, polos or dress shirts (includes collared Midland-branded shirts)
•Slacks, khakis and similar pants
•Casual dress shoes, such as loafers or leather oxfords
Business casual for women is defined as:
•Skirts, pants and dress capris
•Jackets, sweaters, blouses (includes collared Midland-branded shirts)
•Dress shoes and dress sandals including closed-toe, open-toe, slingbacks, boots and flats
Casual Saturdays & Sundays

1.Pants: Casual slacks, trousers and jeans (includes denim skirts or dresses) without holes, frays, etc. are permitted.
2.Footwear: Nice casual shoes, clean canvas shoes and clean tennis shoes are permitted.
During specified and announced periods casual Saturdays may be suspended.
