What advice would you give the CEO of MidMichigan Health about how to improve it?
I would open MyLead classes to all staff. This would allow those with hopes of becoming a future leader opportunities to improve there learning as well as chance for promotions.
I would also ensure staff transferring to new positions within the system have an exit interview with the HR staff to learn ways to improve retention.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make MidMichigan Health a better place to work?
Focus a bit more on employee and improve leadership ( director, managers ) so they understand what their employees do on a day to day basis.
