• Had hands-on experience with network infrastructure like designing the Data Center layout and configuring LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, IIS and VPN.
• Performed Network and System Administrator’s duties for over 300 users with needs for PCs, laptops and printers.
• Managed accounts with US Cellular and Sprint for over 250 cell phones.
• Learned about Hospice and the Palliative care that is provided to the elderly.
