My supervisor was very good but unfortunately I did not get to interact much with this individual. The most interaction you get is with the team leads. One of the team leads was horrible and truly needs management training but the other one was ok.

The training is very inconsistent which they did realize and they were going to improve that. It should - more... be consistent across the board. The call-center manager wants everyone to go to their team lead or manager with questions, but when you are new it would be impossible to do this every time one has a question.
