Overall a great place to work. I have been here 2 1/2 years and have been able to advance at a very good rate. Management can be slow to react but they will and have your back. Patience and critical thinking are required here but it is rewarding and the opportunity to grow is massive.
This is a great place to work with many opportunities to advance your career. If you are willing to learn with a great attitude and work with the state of mind of wanting to do more, this is a great place to grow from within the company. Your hard work and attitude will be recognized.
What is the best part of working at the company? I liked my job, would have stayed forever but management needs serious help, putting people in charge of departments and things they have no idea what they are talking about. I feel cheated by my employer for not giving me the opportunity to discuss me quitting and solving the problem before it came to that. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Too many bosses but no one really ever taking charge and pushing production. Not being able to give customers the answers they need.
This is a company that is constantly trying to grow and improve so that they can better serve their customers. You can really tell the employees take pride in their work and want to succeed as an individual and as a team. The first thing I noticed when I started working here was the team effort and how everyone is willing to learn, help out, and acknowledge each other's successes.
Decent job. Work is steady. Fair pay. Decent benefits. A lot of snakes slithering through the grass however so be careful who you choose to put faith in.
