Applied, took a long survey, survey matched what they liked, they sent me a link for an online interview, did the online video interview, week passed and I got a call form MMS. They informed me there was an opening at a certain location and if I would like they could have the District Manager look at video interview. Another week passed and I was called by the District Manager, he asked me to come in to a store location and meet with him in person! Do not arrive early! Be exactly on time! I was about ten minutes early, and I could tell it didn’t please him. (I was always taught to be 10 mins early). Interview lasted about 30-40 mins. Even after that they like me enough to give me a second interview at a different location. Went in and met the manager I would be working under if I got the job. Only took about 25 mins. (Which is what it was scheduled for). Here is why you don’t want to come in early, during my second interview a person showed up about halfway through our interview. They were also to be interviewed for the same position. I don’t know what happened after I left, but it’s better to not be the person interrupting. They then told me they would have an answer in less then a week. I hope this was helpful!


Well for having a illness that cannot be cured, sick days have been lenient.
