Its not to hard

Show up, do the lineup of the specials and go out there and do the dang thing. Serving members that most the time you know so it becomes quite easy after awhile.

Great working environment

Milburn is a great working environment! Awesome and friendly members. Great and helpful coworkers both servers and kitchen staff. Good with flexibility.

Hostile work enviroment

If you are into screaming and yelling, with the chef occasionally throwing things at you this is the place for you. I never take the time to review past employers but in this case i will make an exception. The culture is that of a hospital emergency room. That is to say do or die.managment is very unprofessional.

Poor management and don’t really value your work good job if you’re looking for something temporary but theres some good workers that make the place better

Fun place to work

Enjoyable team atmosphere. Great job for that time of my life. Able to meet a lot of interesting people in the country club environment. Professionally run organization.
