Management is horrible
Rude & Disrespectful. Company let go excellent management. Therefore, the morale of the company was weakend
HR and payroll were not the the best to go to when there is an issue

The bakery is only 6 years old so the facility is very nice. Senior management promotes training for those employees that are driven. They are committed to investing in their employees. Senior management has an open door policy - you can go to your boss with any issue and they will make the time to listen. I am not saying this place is perfect, but for a large manufacturing facility they strive to always improve.

The worst place to work in the world

All people don't care the company. Include the management.
The hardest part of the job is the people, also they don't have spare parts for fix machinery and to the managers don't care all about it.
The Sanitation manager its special, this guy all the time tried to do your life miserable, nobody wants to know about him but is almost impossible all the time is back to you. He is a disrespectful guy.
I don't recommend work there.

Stressful environment with chronic lack of resources

Typical workday is chaotic, too many meetings that are poorly facilitated. Workplace culture is to maximize profit and productivity while employee morale and well being as well as product quality, specification compliance and food safety are not as important. The best part of the job was leaving at the end of the day.

Like my job. Hate the lack of support. Changing my schedule by the day and it is CONSTANTLY being changed. Lots of Management changes. Can not keep help due to inconsistencies.

A typical day at work was working with each employee in order to achieve the tasks that were needed.

Each manager had their own expertise that worked with each of the employee's of the facility.
