People were disposable
Associate (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILMay 15, 2019
If this is your first job it maybe ok. If you are a more senior person, look elsewhere. The owner spent more money on his wardrobe then he did on investing in the company

Excellent engineering design firm
Manager, Business Development (Current) (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILJuly 24, 2017
The firm delivers excellent engineering design work product.
However, management demonstrates heavy favoritism.

There is great opportunity for this firm to be a top tier engineering firm in all areas. The work product delivered to clientele is excellent.

Overall construction management obligations
Sr. Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Chicago, IL 60605September 9, 2013
Arrived on site to oversee construction progress. Discussed any issues with site superintendent. Completed daily reports, non conformance reports, incident reports (if any) and monitored any construction deficiencies which needed to be completed before building turnover. discussed following days site activities and the weeks activity look ahead which was compared to the budgeted schedule. Departed site to another site and repeated much of the routine plus any variations between sites.
