Management is out of touch, pit people against each other, and toy with people. They do not value hard work, those who do work hard are used as workhorses with no advancement, recognition, or compensation. Directors and up are allowed to lie to employees and ridicule them. When a manager speaks out of line there are no consequences. One manager actually - more... grabbed someone by the arm with no HR involvement.
