Very stressful job, no room for advancement. Unfair behavior from management. Refuses to give raises. Favoritism towards certain people. Hires people with absolutely no experience or knowledge making more than some with a degree.

It's a pretty good place to work! I worked there a little over a year! Most of the staff were great to work with! As with any job, you have those few bad apples! But the work wasn't hard , tiring but that comes with any job! Overall I enjoyed the bonds I created with some of the kids and also some of the staff! If the pay was higher i would go back!
Psychological Aid/Case Manager in Fordyce, AR

Working at Millcreek Behavioral Health has some good days but more bad. The most enjoyable thing was dealing with the patients. The always seem to brighten up my day. Management was wishy-washy. No one could never give you an direct answer about things. The rules and policies were always changing. People were always trying to throw each other under the bus and not working as a team. It was very stressful but the get me wrong. I've meet some very nice and kind people while working there.
