Long hours, observation is a must, patients may lie or try to be presuade you to allow certain things but you must be careful don't be fooled. Patients sometimes get aggressive and act out.

Very poor management who do not value the employees. No training provided. No teamwork between coworkers. Absentee management. No support. No leadership. Very unprofessional work environment.

Millcreek is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. The job is very stressful and demanding, as you’re working with children with severe behavior. With a stressful job already, the pay is stressful. Compensation is already low and they have a top out amount which is VERY low and they make it hard to reach the top out amount by only giving a 0.32% raise every year. On top of that, they want you to do jobs that you weren’t hired to do without compensation. Also, there is no room for advancement. When the company is trying to save money, they have no problem with laying you off to earn them more money and they make a lot off of Medicaid. The company really showed their true colors during the pandemic, laying employees off without pay and cutting off insurance of. After 3 years, I’ve never received a bonus or even a gift card for a holiday to show appreciation. Corporate can come into the building and will not acknowledge staff. Overall, they make it seem as if your job is not important when in reality, if it were not for you the building wouldn’t be able to run! If you have real bills, this is not the job for you!

It was a good place to work at. Just didn't have overtime only on holidays and the pay wanting good at allYou get free lunches and they are decent. You can't tou h the patients without getting called to the main office about what you did it.

Excellent place to work If you care for children and their well being! Rewarding to watch a child move on to greater things, and complete their treatment. Management could be better, especially for staff.
