I would upgrade the pay in the call center. That's the first point of contact for Millennium. I would have diversity training for Managers and supervisors and human resources. On how to treat their staff
Treat co-workers equal!!
Remove the byzantine outdated rules ...progressive punishment plans were great in the 1920s and still used by companies run by codgy old geezers but pips have no place in today's world. Employees are adults. I would treat them like one.
I would first realize that there are 2 types of people and groups. One that will agree with what ever I say and do and One that has their own ideas. I would give equal credit to both otherwise I am perpetuating all of my ideas and likes. I would not believe everything I hear because that promotes my ego. I would listen to the people who have the experience in their field. Especially the ones who have worked in multiple places doing What they do. Often people who have worked many years at the same job actually.have narrow experience. Also I would realize that the.popular vote may be.the worst choice.because.there are more.leaders than followers.I have not worked at many places.where management doesnt know where there job starts and where it ends. .most managers think they are a judge and Thats not really what it.should be..who are they to judge. And based on what? He said she said ? They.are useless.
Better pay grade
