My distance solidify results on advancing speed in stillness on a dead society.
Packer Pokémon (Former Employee) - Durham, NC - November 20, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Flexibility on my part , where the job fits my needs. Fast advancement . What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Looking at other's who hate it. It's by contract anyways. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Sadness for many , there's migrants barely know english. It's not the same pay or benefits. It's more complex than one would think from other's that don't know , as well as , I do. What is a typical day like for you at the company? It's the graveyard shift for me ( 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. ) .

Long hours of standing in one place
Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) - Morrisville, NC - September 14, 2023
Long hours, repetitive work. Most are hired through temp agencies and you’re not allowed to park in warehouse parking lot if you are a temp. You have to drive to a location and take a shuttle to warehouse.

Production Worker (Former Employee) - Morrisville, NC - September 8, 2023
The work there is pretty easy but management is terrible. There turnover rate are crazy high. The work hours are long with a rotating schedule. It’s an okay job but not the best

This Company is Horrible
Forklift Operator (Former Employee) - 224 Hoover Rd - July 28, 2023
I worked at the Hoover location, management is a joke. They pick and choose who follow rules. They can tell you stop sitting and talking, but walk past people who has been sitting for hours talking and not doing anything and don't say anything to them. Don't want you in the break room, you can't be outside long. If there is nothing to do They want you to look busy.
Pros
Can't think of anything
Cons
List is to long

Warehouse Receiver (Current Employee) - Morrisville, NC - July 22, 2023
The training is intense 60 hrs a week for 2 weeks definitely worth it. I love working there. It's the cleanest warehouse I've ever been in. My supervisor is awesome. I plan to be there for a long time
Pros
Nice break room with vending machines

Being apart of something I loved so much as a child is pretty cool.
Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Former Employee) - Mooresville, NC - June 13, 2023
Overall I think MPG has some leadership issues. A lot of scandals and drama. Things that just shouldn’t be happening in a work environment. Also the pay made no sense. The people doing the actual work get paid less the the unarmed security guards making sure employees don’t steal. Not room for a raise from what I’ve heard people tell me who have been there for several years.
Pros
I liked the 223 schedule and my actual job was not bad.
Cons
Drama filled environment. Poor communication from upper management.

Quality Inspector (Former Employee) - Morrisville, NC - May 19, 2023
I don't recommend anyone to join this site. Unprofessionalism is at an all time high nor will it be corrected. If you want to be treated with respect find another company who'll value you as an employee.
Pros
None
Cons
Unprofessionalism

Decent Pay Horrible Management
Packer (Current Employee) - Durham, NC - April 9, 2023
The work isn't the hardest and the pay is ok, not the best, especially in this economy. The overall leadership is the worst imaginable. Not one of them has a single leadership quality and it definitely starts at the top.

General Laborer (Former Employee) - Morrisville, NC - December 15, 2022
Good for only overtime but no work consistently. A lot of drama and no management to to separate drama from work. Stay focus and only make money there

Do not work here , management don’t car about you. They want you to sale your soul to them. They don’t care about your outside life
Forklift Operator (Former Employee) - Mooresville, NC - November 8, 2022
Most dumbest job ever, they want doctors notes , but they still count them against you. They expect you to be efficient but don’t train you. They never get you a chance. They’ll fire you as quick as they’ll hire you.
