A typical work day consists of delivering the highest level of experience, paper work management, and analyzing areas for improvement.
I learned a huge amount while working for the company. The managers are very fair, and responsive to the needs of employees, and are ultimately set up to succeed.
There are many great people with in this company, - more ... but there is somewhat of a negative culture that underlies that are perpetuated by a few employees. Frequently you are left to fight for your self in terms of coworkers, and there is a low level of support for one another.
