Pretty Up Front, But Overall A Disaster

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, but unfortunately all of the best staff are in serving and management, meaning the kitchen and smorgasbord staff are a mess. Such a mess that the company literally had to stop offering a la carte as an option to guests because they couldn't keep on enough cooks. Furthermore, two thirds of the smorgasbord staff are nothing more than dramatic teenagers, so there's that. I met some people who really wanted to make it work and we're trying so hard for it to. But when the executive chef / assistant manager is afraid of confrontation and actually changing things for the obvious better, it makes it a terribly stressful place to work. It would be amazing if there were better people in charge.
