A relaxed complacent work environment. An attitude of this is how it is and this is how it will always be. If you are okay with working at one place for the rest of your life, this is probably where you want a job.
Pros
Free Healthcare
Cons
Non existent pay raises

Unfortunately, my location was closed due to economical reasons.
Otherwise it was all good. No room for advancement, but daily jobs and service kept you on your toes.
Pros
8:00 - 4:00 business hours
Cons

Employees lack a sense of belonging, are overlooked and find no joy working . The only benefit that exists a company provided medical which covers vision and medical expenses. A retirement plan is non-existent ,
Cons
extreme heat, no empathy, no scope, no room for advancement
