Full-time employees receive 80 hours of vacation time per year. New hires or re-hires receive a pro-rated amount of vacation during their first year of employment, based on their hire/re-hire date.

Motivated, but really disappointed at coworkers who zombily work only hard enough trying to get to retirement. You can’t fight that machine. I refuse to be like that.

You get 3.7 hours of sick time every paycheck and you get paid every 2 weeks, but you are allowed to have 5 call in for sick after that you start getting warned that you have over 5 occurances, then they can say you need a doctors excuse every time you call in and up to and including termination. I have never had a problem with this but for some without a Union they can get into trouble with calling in.
