The Milwaukee part will stand the test of time as they already have. But sub-companies that are owned by them will be driven into the ground, they buy these little companies to eliminate the competition. The little companies can't show enough profits and the losses start to show greater percents of loss. Milwaukee will shut it down and take the loss or ship the works to China where can show more profitability.

Pay employees higher when deserved, pay for knowledge, attendance, production/efficiency. They say they out raises based on performance, but this is completely un-true. Basically your raise is based on length of employment with the company. You can work harder and know more positions but get paid the same as others that were hired at the same time that only know one position, miss work/late to work. That's how it truely is at Empire Level/Milwaukee Tool.

Yes, 3 personal/sick days, but you need to plan to be sick or this will be held against you in accurances and you will not get a yearly bonus for perfect attendance. You need to notify 24hrs before the day needed to be sick.

No you are just a number, if you die, quit, get fired they will have you replaced with a nother person by end of day/week. This company wants U.S. workers to work like they are in China.

It is not. I really wish it was. Maybe it be better, more fairly ran, maybe jobs would be posted and filled from within and done fairly, not how it is now.
