Pay employees higher when deserved, pay for knowledge, attendance, production/efficiency. They say they out raises based on performance, but this is completely un-true. Basically your raise is based on length of employment with the company. You can work harder and know more positions but get paid the same as others that were hired at the same time that only know one position, miss work/late to work. That's how it truely is at Empire Level/Milwaukee Tool.
I wouid reward hard working employees so that other employees would become more motivated from a positive aspect.
A bigger working area and raise the pay a little.
