Project Engineer II in Brookfield, WI
on October 25, 2022
Generally at lot of exciting stuff we're working on, especially in the Advanced Manufacturing group. Company is REALLY young experience-wise; more than half the company is under 35 and was hired in the past 5 years. As a result, a lot of engineers don't have a good grasp of what they're doing. I do really like the focus on US manufacturing. Benefits seem average, pay and advancement seem sub-par. Everything is subordinate to marketing's whims, for better or worse.

I think I pretty much summed it all up in the review summary about Milwaukee Tools and their very productive work place, great team abilities, positive attitudes, great management skills, & very good team leadership skills!
Corrugate in Byhalia, MS

They fired managers left and right. And had lack of communication with their employees about benefits, pay, and just to even introduce themselves. New employees will be lost and can ask questions but they wouldn't care to even tell you anything or management is so rude about it. HR is so rude and the lady always seems to forget everything and be quick to point you out to get you terminated.
