Great office, unrealistic goals
Mimecast isn't a bad place to work. That being said they provide sales reps with unrealistic goals, and when asked how they came up with those specific numbers, they're at a loss for words. They claim they want us to "Own It" but management can't even let you know how they got to the numbers they threw at you. Out of 24 reps on the SMB inside sales - more ... teams, one hit there number last year. The West Coast teams are not set up for success, which is blatantly obvious. ConsMicro manged, horrible numbers with no clarity on how to get there, 100% channel with no channel reps in territory, lack of money to send reps to territory
