Great management, very good work culture and life balance. Compensation on par for montreal, not great. Good stepping stones for less experienced developers.

It holds p0rn0graphy companies. What do you expect? They spit you out like used goods after they're done with you. People say that the P company ruins your life, and I honestly should've listened. My life is ruined now.

MindGeek is like the Wal Mart of pornography. They expect everything from you with little in return. Management is horrible and will keep you in the dark about everything until they fire you. Truly just a total circus!

Loved this company and its culture. It truly has been the only company I ever worked for that cared about all of it's employees on a personal level and made sure there was a balance between work and home life. Miss this place and all of it's executives.

Daily management and meetings were well planned and any issues that arose were dealt with very quickly. The only issue was they did not give any notice of the LA branch closing and also had us train and manage our replacements.
