There was no interview process. No questions asked, no tests. They told me they were offering me my job (they had to by law as an incumbant contract employee), and that they were cutting my salary by 1/3rd. That was pretty much the extent of it. Zero negotiations, zero movement on their position. Yet I was supposed to perform at prior military benchmarks for accuracy, timeliness and completeness.
