Admissions Representative (Current Employee) –  Roseville, MNJune 13, 2015
In this position you work only 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This is a sales position- you are selling the school to mainly high school seniors. Very numbers driven.

Small Family Owned Business
Initial Interviewer (Former Employee) –  Roseville, MNMay 25, 2014
A typical day consists of interviewing potential students, following up with active students, and calling or emailing inactive students.

I learned a lot about building relationships, sales, and marketing. The company operates on a 1980's business model, so I had to think creatively.

Small office environment caused much tension between employees.

The hardest part was trying to convince a potential student with a 4.0 GPA that wants to go to the U of M to apply at MBC.
Pros
Good pay
Cons
Very little vacation of personal time first and second year
