Usually arrived 90 mins early for the shift meeting. Working the events is fun as I usually get to see it and interact with the guests. Fellow co-workers are also pleasant to work with as are the supervisors.
Pros
seeing the event, guest interaction

Fun and fast paced environment
Premium Suite Concierge (Current Employee) –  St. Paul, MNJune 14, 2012
I fulfill a part time position that is primarily needed during the professional hockey season from September through May. As an hourly employee I am quite pleased with the flexibility of scheduling, the attitude of supervisors and management as well as the team environment created with co-workers. Overall it is a great insight into the busy industry of professional sports and facilities management.
