Program Leader (Current Employee) – Minnetonka, MN – April 2, 2018
The kids in the district are great, as are the parents. I learned how to plan activities that meet with the MNSACA accreditation. The most enjoyable part of the job were the children. The hardest part was always being short staffed and dealing with someof the staff.
Teacher (Former Employee) – Minneapolis, MN – May 17, 2016
This is NOT a good place to work. The administrators are very unprofessional and most of the regular English teachers do not like the immersion program (Chinese or Spanish)...draw your own conclusions. There is a reason why the district is always looking for immersion teachers every year. Compensation/Benefits are very expensive. Payment is average.
Of course the district will never accept any of these statements and will deny every single one of them.
If you need a job desperately, go for it and be mentally prepare.
