Very unprofessional managers, they all gossip with eachother about serious matters, mint underpays everyone severely and most days you won’t get a lunch due to over booking so you can make sure the office manager gets a nice bonus while you are getting paid the bare minimum.

Alot of back and forth and also very hard to get raises and promotions. Company has its favorites, my manager when I first started got fired and they hired someone who didn't know what they were doing but was on a power trip.
