It's like a cult. They tell you one thing and expect you to go with whatever is being said, no questions asked. If you question anything, they like to say you're not being a team player.

For the most part the atmosphere is fun. There are, however, lots of inexperienced young adults in leadership roles that don't know how to handle the stress nor that little bit of extra power.

The work environment at Mint is fun. We have different backgrounds and personalities at mint that allow us to all work together and brainstorm as a team. We work very well together.

You have no respect as a professional, your worked like an hmo office with no bonuses, there is no personalized treatment plan for patients based on need, and your not guaranteed 40 hours! This is based on the clinical staff. The front office is regarded as the holy grail of the company although lack of experience actually loses the company money and causes you to perform illegal and immoral pt care. Your experience in dentistry doesnt matter when it comes to decision making and your input; your told the "right way" by inexperienced physically polished mint "robots". When your UNDER APPRECIATED it causes you to be unhappy on your job. Again this is CLINICAL staff. Your likely to have an AMAZING experience as front desk/management and wonderful work/life balance. But clinical staff, your not guaranteed a 40 hour work week. Your appearance and Mint behavior is what matters at mint. Health benefits are a nice touch though ;). Good luck!
