Can be stressful! But rewarding!
You need to be a quick learner for this job. There is A LOT to learn and a lot to keep track of. You have a case load of about 120 and need to keep track of all of them. That being said, it is a VERY rewarding job. Pay is not that great (but it is a non-profit so you can’t expect much), and the management is isn’t that great (kinda micro-managey and - more ... often take their stress and frustrations out on you), but the team you work with is amazing and caring and some of the best people I’ve ever worked with. They have flex scheduling so you can push your 35 hours into 4 days and have 3 days off (a hug ... - less
ProsFlex scheduling with the possibility of working 4 day work weeks), great team, 3 weeks off a year right away.
ConsCan be stressful, management isn’t the best, isn’t a ton of room to advance.
