No. Most holidays are paid time off.

Vacation time is accumulated per paycheck. You don't receive an allotted number of days off; you have to accumulate it per 40 hours worked. It works out to be like 6 hours a month. You can't take any paid time off until you've worked there for 6 months. And depending how many years of employment your vacation time is capped after you reach your limit for the year. Sick time works the same way but you can only receive 24 hours max of sick time per year. It does roll over.
