Horrible management but good place to start your career

Very big disconnect between upper management and the rest of the staff. It's a good place to start your career but that's it. Move on when you can.
The employee handbook is more of a guideline for some and rules for others. Lots of favouritism going on. Strick work schedule with very limited flexibility with your schedule. In some departments it can be a hostile work environment. All they care about is the bottom line, themselves. Very little care for their employees.
