Billing Clerk / Part-Time Dispatcher (Former Employee) –  San Antonio, TXApril 19, 2019
Overall the company as a whole is good to work for. There were individuals that i had problems with at the local office i worked at. That is the reason for my finding alternative employment.

Route Driver (Former Employee) –  Amarillo, TXDecember 9, 2018
Learned about grading oil and evacuation and transport/ Management was easy to work with.the most difficult part of the job is learning the location of well sites and harsh driving conditions with weather. I loved the self paced flexibility of my day.

Office Clerk (Former Employee) –  TexasApril 29, 2018
Your medical kicks in 3 months after you work there permanently full time employee, 1yr for vacation. No sick days so if your sick you can use your vacation time or make up hours. Your schduel is flexable, great people to work with except corpus christi three river terminals, they love the cut throat game and will throw you under the bus. Its a stable job with no future. Lack of holidays. Lack raises.
Pros
Vacation is flexable, good people, flexable schduel

DISPATCHER (Current Employee) –  Corpus Christi, TXOctober 6, 2017
I still enjoy working here but I'm looking to grow within a company and that has not happened in the time I have been here. Mangement is not what is used to be. Its more important to put revenue over driver concerns. As work slows down I don't see a game plan as to how we are going to bring in new business.
Pros
in the summer time there are plenty of hours
Cons
if you need time off you have to find your own replacement

Sr. Network Administrator (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXSeptember 30, 2017
Company could have spent more money on IT infrastructure in the end. Was tough to manage 13 locations being only one IT person, and 24/7/365. I eventually stressed so much that the doctor told me I was breaking out in hives.
Pros
Large company / face paced
Cons
Low pay, long hours, high expections

Managers-Manipulators..Not honest to employees
driver (Current Employee) –  Caldwell, TXJuly 23, 2017
Mission has become corrupt and a degrading company I have ever worked for. Management find ways to take money out of drivers pockets No remorse about their tactics actions Mission have stooped low as to go to OTHER companies ( A BETTER PAYING JOB) to try and block other companies from hiring Mission Drivers. In other words trying to keep unhappy employees from doing better for their families. .Advice to drivers, if its not a stepping stone for you and other opportunities DO NOT COME HERE!!

Slip Seating Nightmare
Fuel Truck Driver (Former Employee) –  Austin, TXJuly 21, 2017
This appeared to me a good place to work, but around 3 months into it I quickly realized its a typical trucking company. So let me break it down.
1. Slip Seating- You do not have your own assigned truck, and therefore you do not know what your operating day-to-day
2.Pay- Ask them about pay and you will easily be confused. This is done on purpose because they use a sliding scale on pay. Basically the more you do in a shorter amount of time the more you make. However! say your doing good, but you have one bad week because of truck issues that out of your control. Well no matter what it effects your pay and your wages will go down even though you did the same amount of loads.
3. Poor Equipment- Majority of the trucks are worn out and dirty
4. MGMT- The office personnel and Manager are what you expect. They are more important than you and prefer you just keep quiet and haul loads. They also play favoritism...it unbelievable the favoritism that goes on.
5. Working hours- You work when a truck is available. A majority of the drivers work 3am-3pm or 3pm-3am 6 days a week. Some drivers show up on time and have to wait over an hour for a truck. You suppose to only work 5 days but they always do mandatory "Work your day off." The have a chart in the office that marks the day off you have to work if asked.
Pros
Good Benefits
Cons
Equipment, Pay, Mgmt, Dispatch, Work Life Balance

Pay works out to be on the lower spectrum ..its very difficult to understand how it breaks down which always works out in the companies favor.they have loads thats for sure.but ..you can workv6 days every week which is encouraged.but burn out is a very real part of that
Pros
Its a job
Cons
Not a place to last with

Crude Oil Driver (Former Employee) –  Corpus Christi, TXMay 1, 2017
It used to be ok but they have cut the pay a few times. took the bonuses away. On day shift you make 180-200. Nights around 220-250 if you work 12 1/2-13 hours.
Pros
none
Cons
too many pay cuts and long hours for the money you get paid.

As others have mentioned you will have to wait two or three hours for the truck to come in. Your own free time, you will not get paid. Drivers wake up and come to work when they feel like it. So do not expect to have a shift time or a truck at a certain time.

A revolving door ppl come in and out no one stays for alot of reasons
Fuel Truck Driver (Current Employee) –  Arlington, TXApril 24, 2017
Terminal manager is a alcoholic and has no respect for family nor for driver's. No structure in overall work areas. Everyone is not happy due to the environment around and no one wants to work like that every day. Vacation does not get approved. If you take both of your days off you will be yelled at for not working 6days a week every week.
