Real Problems with the Gulfport Clinic
MHT (Former Employee) – Gulfport, MS – March 1, 2019
Managers are power hungry and act superior to everyone else. They talk down to you. Are disrespectful. They turn away work, come in late, take extended lunches, nap in their offices or do things that are not job related, leave early, but hold everyone accountable to company rules and policies.
There is also an obvious discrimination issue (reverse discrimination).
Upper management (Area Manager, Regional Manager, and CEO) had been informed of issues but have done nothing to address it.
Clinical and Assistant Clinical Manager turn away much needed work / Clients.
Excessively high turn around of employees should tell upper management there is a problem, but again they are blind to this.
If you work a 40 hour week and you are only able to get 29.75 client contact time. You get paid only for the 29.75 hours (requirement is 30 hours total contact time), and limited travel (about half), for the week, and they call this an incentive.
