Well, I went up three stairs down the other side picked an object up then back over and down the 3 steps went to the running phase. It was 300 yards then you continue to drag a dummy or duffel bag full of sand or dirt 18 feet. I’m totally out of shape. The running was my down fall. It was supposed to be under 2 min and16 sec. I’m being put through as an emergency hire at Western Missouri Correction Center. Thank you God.

Descent but will not prepare you for the stress you will receive from coworkers. Professionalism is important but most staff including supervisors are unprofessional.

Eight. It will depend on if your position is comp time eligible. My unit sometimes has comp time to make up for the rare night or weekend during the legislative session. But, in general, you work 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week.
