Stop the "clicks", that pass out the hard work to others, and sit around all day. I climbed every tower in TX City. Was promised I would not have the same work load, and they would spread the hard work around. After the second time of pulling RT equipment up every tower, I quit. The supervisor said I had to walk to the gate, instead if giving me a ride. They all thought this was funny. Maybe you should address these types of issues, if you want to keep hard workers. Don't burn em out.
Pay attention to your employees. We deserve pay increases for the hard work we do. It has been 3 years making the same rate that is why everyone is leaving. Blaming the Project Manager for the GM failures is absolutely BS!! Can’t wait to leave this place.
Stop promissing thing's to their employees with no intention's on following through.... So true... The GM's come and go as do their promises
