This is a fine dining restaurant. Expectations of the level of service are exceedingly high, but definitely achievable on a daily basis. Has an established customer base, which makes a high earning level possible. Like much of the restaurant industry lately, they are more concerned with selling non food and drink items, specifically reward program memberships. Holidays are required, and in fact longer than usual shifts are expected.
