This place is very unorganized and has a lot of work to do on improving it, and the management sucks, The compensation sounds good but now they averaging 800-1000 every two weeks that’s not enough for the everyday cost of living, I give them two stars
Mitchell plastics is going down when these other big manufacturers come in 2019 I think it will close there doors
They’re starting a lot of new projects that there’s little space for.

Not good. Unusually high expectations and favoritism is among their top downfalls.

Their turn over rate is already bad enough because they wont let people change departments like they'd like to. They send most people to assembly due to low staff and thats one of the worst jobs in there bacuse you do the same thing everyday. They stay raising the quota on how many parts to make. I jsut dont see this place doing well. All it did while I was there was go down hill.
