Mitsubishi is a great place to work. Yes, there is overtime, but that’s out of the company’s control (mostly because people call in all the time). The benefits are excellent, management treats the people like people, and they try to promote from within. 4/5 people in HR are easy and pleasant work with, and supervisors are easy going.
Great break rooms
New time clocks are still confusing
I actually loved this job (the work that I’ve done). However it’s not what you know it’s who you know. With the right last name and friends the sky is the limit here. Dealing with the ridiculous hours and management is two of the hardest things about this place of employment. I’ve done factory work for quite some time the biggest shock here was the HR department well what they call the HR department (stay away from HR they protect the company not employees). Shutdowns are the best part of the job 2 times a year but you have to cover these company shutdowns with your vacation days.
Lack of accountability, Hours, Point system, HR gives interviews for promotions, lackluster HR department, micromanaging supervisors
The management and engineers are uneducated and unqualified for their positions. Most have started their career at Mitsubishi Electric as line machine attendants and moved up, however they lack basic understanding and skills required to perform routine daily duties.
Unqualified management resulting in poor business management

Working at this company can be very stressful you feel overworked and they do not make anything or do anything with common sence I have been with this company for almost 3 years at 1st it is great the pay is good the benefits are good the S4 when it comes to your life you don't have one It is very unfair as job opportunities go a position to somebody with less sonority and less qualifications that you have expressione if you're on the same line in the factory Misha B she does have great quality parts as we do in shore and they do have a great opportunity for new business to come into the factory but I no longer see myself working in a place with unfair opportunities for their employees
good benifits and pay, vacation time and personal absents
over worked, do nothing that makes comen sence, dose not value there employees, do not have much of a life while working there, very stressful

Management have no respect for you at all, Direct superviser was great. No career advancements. Overall experience at MEAA is poor at best. Best advice, DO NOT WORK FOR MEAA.
Fairly resonable healthcare
Management, Hr, Poor Machine Maintenance, Old Machines.
Other than bi-weekly pay it’s not a bad place to work. Love having 4th of July week off. The week of Christmas off as well. You have to save a week of vacation to get paid to be off those weeks. You can also volunteer to work those weeks a d save ur vacation days as well. U get 2 weeks of vacation to start with.
Christmas off every year
Bi weekly pay
The work is not difficult and the managers are generally nice. HR hates hiring temps and will actively avoid hiring them unless they have a friend that already works there. Almost all the workers act as if they are still in high school. They gossip and sit around and flirt all day. If something goes wrong its definitely not their fault and they try to find someone else to foist the blame on. The best part is that the work is easy and not complex although that does tend to put people to sleep.
Climate control, clean and safe enviroment. Alot of training and well aware of job expectations. Management was well organized and friendly. Diversity with employees form Kentuck and Ohio. Job was very easy the sometimes boring due to inspecting parts.
Good co workers good benefits lots of over time double time on Sundays good location easy to fit in clean place to work air conditioning and heated lot of future business
Best benefits i ever received
Lot of ot and some frustration amount of time to get parts in
I went to a job fair for the initial interview. Next I had to go to the plant to be interviewed by two people which took basically over an hour. They also gave a plant tour. A couple of days later I was contacted late in the evening for a next day physical and drug screen. Very long hiring process and very unfriendly environment from the very beginning.
Hiring process is too lengthy.
Hardest part of the job is all the clerical work done by myself. I could improve Production machines more if not for all the clerical work needed. The plant is a Production facility and is Engineering's top customer. With a 50 man crew it is my job to explain that to the crew.
I work the hours I want to get the work done.
New models often are not planned very well. Causes much overtime
The job is relatively easy and the benefits are great. They paid for my prescription safety glasses. Mitsubishi also offered health, dental, vision, and 401K. The only two downsides are the unpredictable schedule and the ESD shoes. Mitsubishi provides the shoes but they are extremely uncomfortable. The schedule was unpredictable because they could make you work Saturdays or overtime with only a 24 hour notice. Overtime was not voluntary on my line, it was required, often.
Good breaks, nice break room, reasonable pay, great benefits.
Mandatory overtime, working Saturdays.
