The pay is usually top dollar but the "That's not my job" saying is used way too much. And a lot of people are there for themselves.
If you get on a good crew with a Superintendent that cares bout his crew than you will be fine. A lot of theover the road living space is taken care of for you.

Miss working here.
Loved this job and the opportunity. The only thing that was a bit hard to deal with was the travel. It's hard to be away from children, bit that's the nature of the job.

Drama. Drama. Drama. This place feels like you are back in high school. Managers are all hot tempered and the president is a joke with a big ego. Absolute worst company ever.
