A good company undergoing change

MMG and Ypartnership merged in late 2011. As with any merger, there are starts and stops and employees anxious about what the future holds for them. After a year, the anxiety is nearly gone and the company has become more of one overall organization.
One of the challenges is having the headquarters located in Kansas City with the former Ypartnership offices located in Orlando.
The most enjoyable part of the job is providing research-driven insights for clients and seeing these insights used to achieve success through changed marketing and strategic plans.
I have learned much from being on the supplier side, especially in ensuring that both parties are clear on the desired deliverables. I enjoy interacting with the clients, providing insights and learning about their respective businesses through their knowledge and insights and preparing well-received final reports and other deliverables.
Great work environment, interacting with co-workers involved in advertising/creative/public relations, direction from the company CEO "demanding" an imroved mix of work and family life.
Still undergoing change, lagging improvement in communications among the offices, compensation generally below market levels.
