Flexible work schedule
The work is interesting for the most part. You can work from 0 to 10 hours per day depending on the different vendor's requirements. Some weeks there are no hours, others can be over 40. But you are given the option to choose the jobs you get, but they do not like it when you turn down work. The pay is for each individual job. If a job is projected to take 2 hours and you get it done in 1, you are paid for 2. But if it takes you longer, and it often does, you are paid for 2. They pay you for the online training, but prepping for a job is not paid. Prepping can take an hour for a job. Also, there is no reimbursement for printer paper/ink. If a job is outside of your area, they reimburse you for mileage and pay you to drive.
