Tier 1 Technical Support (Current Employee) - Remote - January 12, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThere is no understanding of work-life balance here. Understaffed and hiring just about anyone who can type 10 words per minute regardless of actual skills or education level. Weekends are required and if you are unable to, they won't even bother interviewing.

Mission statement is nothing more than a sign on the wall. Great product. Saves Lives. But look elsewhere. You will be much better off. Pay is very average.

Easy but terrible management
Warehouse (Former Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - October 19, 2022
The job itself is pretty easy and the coworkers are nice. Although it’s easy work, there’s a lot of it and never enough time to get it all done but even if you do get it done it will never be good enough. So don’t expect a pat on the back for finishing over a weeks worth of work in 2 days. Instead, expect zero acknowledgment, add a complaint or two along with a dash of belittlement and you’ve got yourself a typical encounter with warehouse management. Honestly, it’s just one person in management who makes your work life as hard as possible and causes most people to leave. But if you are a strong minded person who truly just wants a job that pays the bills, regardless of how you’re treated, then you’ll do great here :)

Biggest self ranking company ever on this site
Sales Consultant (Former Employee) - Remote - May 21, 2022
I worked here for a little over a year and saw more than half of the people I started with leave. The ones who stayed were constantly miserable, you have to work long hours with a little break, the management changes literally things all the time to make it miserable for employees. I can honestly say in the sales department I saw so many people leave that could of been great employees to have on a sales floor. I found a lot better job and am happy I finally left. Run this place is filled with lie after lie.
Pros
Remote
Cons
Poor management, just a number, long hours in a call center enivironment driven by favoritism.

Friendly and fair working environment, requires lots of patience
Customer Care Representative (Former Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - May 1, 2022
It was a good job that taught me a lot even if it took a lot out of me but it allowed me to improve my quality of life. If you enjoy talking to countless people on a daily basis this is the job for you
Pros
Benefits and remote availability
Cons
Short and few breaks, long and inconvenient hours to start off with

Good Company
Anonymous (Former Employee) - Anonymous - August 25, 2021
I enjoy my place in this company. They used to give free food and all I had to do was show up and eat it. Got paid during that too. Amazing benefits.
Pros
Good pay, good environment
Cons
No more bagels :(

I can’t wait to leave.
Safety Consultant (Current Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - May 18, 2021
Working here used to be enjoyable. Now it is ruining my mental health. You are on a dialer for your entire shift. If you don’t want calls to come you need to put yourself on a break. You get 20 minutes of break time per shift, which includes going to the bathroom, putting notes in the system, sending emails, anything. The lead system seems to be rigged. Some people get all the decent leads. The rest of us get garbage. They can’t really explain the system that decides ranking. I have taken a huge pay cut along with many other people, and it’s a miserable job. I really can’t wait to quit. It’s a hard time to find a job.
Pros
The benefits are great.
Cons
Short breaks, lead distribution, commission structure, schedule

If you like repetition
Technical Support Representative (Former Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - December 2, 2020
If you like doing repetitive work this is the place for you. Co workers were cool. Pay was ok, managers were blah but most are. Otherwise this place is ok to work at.

Everything was great till they sent us to work from home
Customer Care Support (Former Employee) - Boca R - November 12, 2020
Your managers will stab you in the back. Upper management will cover it up. If you last a year you will probably work there the rest of your life. There is no room to move up. MobileHelp lures you in with amazing benefits then tells you everything is on hold till Covid-19 is cured. You will never be anything more than a butt in a seat to middle management
Pros
Free Bagel Day
Cons
No more free bagel day

Your coworkers are the only good thing there.
Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Current Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - September 21, 2020
Management treats you like you're a child and they talk to you with complete disrespect and expect you to be ok with it. They don't understand mistakes happen so you're punished by them taking something away or making a new rule.
Pros
They uses to get us lunch

Stable Busy Environment
Customer Service Respresentative (Former Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - December 11, 2019
Everyday is new, the process is repetitive and easy to learn. The customers are kind and the supervisors train well. Executives care about the employees.

Corp Cliche
Marketing (Former Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - December 10, 2019
Run like a frat house. Cheerleaders will do well. Our division manager did not want anyone clever around, acted like Mad Men. My direct super had no constructive direction, lost in his own world. Daily sales report is all that matters.

Week 1 through 3 in Sales
Inside Sales Executive (Current Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - November 19, 2019
I had a healthy mix of classroom training, shadowing on the sales floor and online testing / assessments. You will need to be sharp and focused. During the classroom portion of the training we had the opportunity to meet many of the important staff members who contribute to the overall success of the company in their various departments. It is something special to see how so many departments, who are fully resourced, work side-by-side to meet the overall team objective. At MobileHelp we function like a well oiled machine and I appreciate being apart of that. It's exciting to see. On the sales floor you get the opportunity to be mentored by tenured employees who have been at the company for many years and who function at a fast paced, high performing level. Leadership is patient and kind to their employees.

Great Experience, Great People to Work With...
Customer Care Tier II (Current Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - June 24, 2019
Definitely a great place to build character and experience. This continuously growing company has done phenomenal things in 11 years. Co-workers are very down to earth and most of the managers are pretty fair. With it being a young company, certain processes change in a different department. It just a small growing pain with a good company.
