Company is growing very quickly, maybe quicker than they can handle. Very minimum support from anyone in the company. They expect you to do everything from IT work, maintenance in store, to recruiting without any assistance. Pay is very low. Even though you can make commission the commission is not very much.

They will teach you the tools you need to succeed, but once you do succeed there is no acknowledgement. I cannot speak on management considering, the issue did not lie with management but the company itself. While the security team are doing their job to protect their merchandise, they can be rather harassing about irrelevant subjects. I did not enjoy working for this company. However, everyone has different experiences - so don't take my word for it.

My job was great for the first six months. Then my stores goals increased exactly 116% in a matter of a month. After this upper management became very back handed with compliments and expected you to sell sell sell with absolutely no traffic. You are watched by cameras 24/7 and if you slip up or do anything wrong even going outside for a few minutes they will email your boss and have him get onto you.The hour flexibility was nice but that’s about all I can say was great about this job.

Store slow, rarely busy, we sit most of the time. They expect us to fix maintenance issues instore because they are to cheap to hire someone to fix them
